This document governs the legal relationship between Calendar to Cash, BC Data Insights (Brad Coverdale), and you. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using our premium business advisory services.
Effective Date: August 10, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with our advisory services.
Calendar to Cash provides targeted business diagnostic and advisory services. Upon payment of the specified $197 fee, you will receive access to our structured analysis process, which is explicitly designed to identify cash flow constraints and strategic growth opportunities within your current operational model.
We stand entirely behind the efficacy and value of our diagnostic process. Our commitment to your strategic clarity is absolute, which is why we offer an unconditional guarantee on the primary advisory session.
If you do not experience a profound and actionable increase in strategic clarity immediately following our diagnostic session, we will promptly refund your $197 fee in full, and provide an additional $200 for your time.
This service functions as an advisory framework. It is not a substitute for formal financial auditing, legal counsel, or certified public accounting. You remain solely responsible for your business decisions, implementations, and outcomes based on the diagnostic insights.
Any data, financial statements, or operational metrics you provide during the diagnostic process remain your exclusive property. We will maintain strict confidentiality and utilize these materials solely for the purpose of completing our analysis and providing advisory feedback.
Sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of the initial fee payment. Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without prior notification may result in forfeiture of the fee and voiding of the guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the diagnostic session ($197). We shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising from the use of our advisory services.
These terms and all matters arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Calendar to Cash operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Any substantial changes will be communicated to active clients prior to their next scheduled session.
